Pros
We've been mostly work at home since Covid and it's been a positive experience so far. No one micromanaging and things tend to run smooth for the most part. Also received a performance based raise after my first year which while being small was also quite substantial, and is is not required by law. After having worked for a couple call centers I have come to appreciate this job.
Cons
There was a snafu with my paperwork when coming over with the temp agency and since the main office is out of state it was harder to resolve than necessary. Internal accountability could be better.
