Pros
Learn about the mortgage industry, the pay is decent, some of the management is great.
Cons
Proctor was great at first and I genuinely loved my job as a lead. However upper management is clueless on what a manageable workload is and overworked every member of management from mentors to managers and didn’t care. Demanded overtime from every employee for months (apparently is still going on now) with the threat of getting fired if you can’t do it. Expects management to do the management work of several people since they don’t replace management, but also take on the agent workload as well - for suboptimal pay. Since I left half of management has left and half my team personally has left or is trying to leave. They promise you raises when you get promoted and don’t give you them. You will not get the pay you were promised when they gave you the promotion.
