Proctor strives to pay its employees a competitive wage. To stay competitive, we pay above local and nation average for many positions. Local call center positions in the Troy, MI area typically pay $8.50 -$9/hr as a starting salary. Proctor employees make well above those rates and we have increased the salaries for most of our positions across the board over the last year. It is not our intention to pay insufficient wages. Annual review percentage is based on personal performance and the performance reviews clearly state the reasons for the percentage of increase.
