It is unfortunate that you have such a distorted view of Proctor. Proctor in no way discriminates against employee’s health issues, medical problems, or disabilities. Proctor complies with ADA and if we are notified of an employee’s medical condition or disability, we make every effort to meet that employee’s reasonable accommodations. It is not the intent of the company to make any employee’s situation more challenging. Employees with medical conditions or disabilities are given every opportunity to succeed. If you were terminated it was for a performance issue, not a medical issue. Proctor is very accommodating to employees with medical issues. We keep the line of communication open in regards to updates of appointments, and ensure that our employees do not feel strained or stressed while at Proctor.
