Pros

Only pro was possibly having some cool people on your team and making lasting friendships.

Cons

Definitely underpaid for the amount of work they have you do. They continuously change the process for calls and Quality mark you down on scores because of it. A lot of the changes they make creates more work for you and just doesn’t make sense. They pretend like they are empathetic towards your personal life if you have something going on but they are not. They will give you points for every little thing which leads to you being terminated and you only get 6 points for a year meaning you can only miss work six times before your pending termination. You get a point if you’re late by 1 minute and you’ll also get a point if you take a 30 minute lunch instead of a 31 minute lunch . They have mandatory overtime way too much. Management don’t care and don’t do their job and you will get different answers from everybody when they actually do respond to your questions.
