Pros
- Employees were allowed to select the shift they wanted to work from day 1. - They take care of there employees with generous holiday schedules, employee appreciation week, and company wide luncheons each quarter. - As a data entry associate you are given assigned work and then you aren't bothered by management unless you make a mistake.
Cons
- Having to call on past due accounts that we never received the payment amount when there is a department assigned to gathering this information. - Having to earn time off based on the hours worked instead of being given a set amount of days off for the year.
