Proctor Financial

Is this your company?

Very frustrating, no room for suggestions or changes, company has serious 'growing pains.' - Anonymous employee Proctor Financial Employee Review

Pros

You get a very comfortable work environment with very reasonable expectations. Management is generally accepting and cordial. Great job security. But very little praise or criticism.

Cons

No room for growth....management will restrict you. In many cases, the best performers are held back to protect 'job security' of management. A college degree will make you a 'threat' to many managers, so don't look to set the bar high. The harder you try to advance, the firmer the resistance you'll encounter.
