Pros

hybrid schedule descent starting pay

Cons

1. lack of actual leadership. 2. lack of training - feeling set up to succeed when you are finally on calls 3. lack of assistance when you need help-yes there is a Microsoft Teams Help chat but its monitored by the most unhelpful agent. they come across at times as condescending, short and like you (trainee) should know the answer 3. knowing who your team leads and mentors are and where they sit if you do need to get up to get help . the tell you to ask the call center manager and director or supervisors if you need help. (was told by a rep that most higher up are just title only no real position) 4, When you are lucky enough to get some help its like you get 1 question to ask only they dont check back for follow up question 5. all of training is done remotely. and when you get a weeks training then pulled to go out and answer calls then the rest of training is dome an hour here and an hour there is not a way to learn new processes neither is forcing untrained employees to take calls and tell them its ok we know you will make mistakes and dont worry about we know your new. there is so much more that i could say but gonna choose not to cause these are the biggest Cons.
