Terrible job consistency. lots of internal conflict between quality auditors. Management turns a blind eye. Quality rules constantly changing no consistency between auditors when grading employees performance. Zero acknowledgement of hard work same people being recognized. Pay was extremely substandard for the expected unrealistic audits required per month. Stress level was so high amongst auditors that at any given moment a melt down would happen.
