Friendly managers and awesome co-workers. co-workers are such awesome characters I ever see in my life. 4. You will be praised for your hardwork and dedication for sure. 5. Appraisals above the market standards if you are a top performer. 6. You can learn n number of technologies and you will be a free bird to implement it in your project. 7. Great work-life balance if you are in a right project. 8. Many fun activities are there to participate.

Cons: 1. You will get appraisals but it will take delay. That's it. 2. You will be put it in a development cum support (this makes me to move on)
