* Lot of opportunity to learn. * Will be able to work on a project end-to-end in all phases. * Better compensation for freshers.
Cons
* Absolutely no work - life balance, most of the day you have to work more than 12-14 hours a day, you will lose friends, family members will forget you (mostly in windstream account). * Worst managers who will value people who act as their pets/spy, they don't really care to see who really does work and not. and they will literally torture people who are in notice period. * They even ask lady employee who is leaving job ,not to get marry and stay in job. * They carelessly intervene in personal stuff, like telling not plan of a baby to a lady employee just because they have some projects coming up in future days. * They are too much biased when it comes to appraisal. * They will present you with on-site offer only when you put paper.
