Pros
Resources with good technical skills. Good guidance and mentorship for freshers. Proper rewards and recognition for good talents. Encourage employees to learn diffferent technologies and reimburse for the certifications. No job cuts or pay cuts even during peak Covid time. Never delays the salary. Friendly employees and top management people is easily accessible.
Cons
Below par response from HR department for getting the documents after moving out. Not providing experience letters and have to run from pillar to post. HR doesn't even respond back properly. Statement for final settlement is not provided. 2.5 years bond for freshers. Near impossible to collect back our certificates. Some office politics is still present. Very low salary.
