Pros
The teams are for the most part very collaborative and though the company has grown alot, it still maintains that 'startup', let's-get-it-done attitude that's helped make it so successful. Further, exec management is trying to communicate as effectively as possible to keep the broader company informed and 'in-the-loop'. That's what makes it a great place to work.
Cons
Challenges include sometimes insufficient development resources to move as quickly as some of the other teams want to move. The company has some incredibly smart engineers and developers. But we just need more of them.
