Regarding our pay policies, we do our best to pay market rate compensation and believe that we generally do so. To assure that, we regularly match our pay chart against published surveys of pay levels for similar positions in our market area. Where we discover a discrepancy, we do our best to address it proactively, and we have made a number of upward adjustments for various employees and positions in the past year as overall pay levels in the Los Angeles/Silicon Beach area continue to rise with the growing economy.
