Dear Former Employee, We’re happy to hear that you felt the people and environment overall at Prodege was nice and fun. I promise, we have nothing to hide and genuinely want employees to have fun and enjoy working here! We are disappointed however to hear your thoughts about the technical side of our company. I have shared your feedback with the tech team so that they are aware of your experience. It is definitely not the intent of anyone in the company to have any employee feel like they don’t fit in and we pride ourselves on being inclusive of people from all walks of life. Please know that we are taking this feedback to heart and will strive to ensure that no one else feels this way. With regard to your specific feedback on our code and tools used; we do use tried and true technologies that we know can scale to support a growing business. We use Java, MySQL, as well as many of the latest AWS services; which are all industry standard tools that we believe suit our business and will allow us to continue on our growth trajectory.
