Chief festivals are different in different regions of India with different sub-cultures. Our flexible festive leave policy is designed with India’s diversity in mind. Flexible festive holidays allow each employee the ability to take time off for the festival that they prefer to celebrate. Prodege’s leave policies in each country are reflective of the labor laws and observances of the country. However, we do have common global holidays, like New Year’s Day, for all employees worldwide. We encourage you to discuss your schedule concerns or suggestions with HR, your manager or a leader as we want to make sure we can have an open dialog as we continue to evolve our benefits.
