New PE ownership and senior executive leadership have stripped the company of heart, caring, and integrity in favor of squeezing bottom line through workforce reduction and AI innovation. The company that was founded on the concept of “Rewarding Moments” no longer believes in its workforce. Meager increases if any, no organized career development, an expecting of do more with less.
