Pros

Good and great people having expertise on ATG and can learn a lot on ATG. Always pay on-time and mostly we would be in a project as there is always a ATG project running (or) you will be in training. There were lot of changes that were evolved in the standards and best practices being followed.

Cons

Everything change dynamically as most of the managers are forced to set a strict timeline and may not have work-life balance always. Sometimes management promises something and may not do it because people change.

I worked here when there was no real company and no offices anywhere. A great person was the Indian CEO and we built this company with joy, dedication and grew it to a large team. In the end, the US management screwed everyone who built the company and made some petty money out if selling it. From the reviews, it is apparent they eventually screwed the company as well. The best people from offshore and US left a while ago. Yes, they made a few million dollars, but they could have been like Infosys, they never realized their true potential

Cons

The management in US is the real problem. Really unprofessional, greedy and just wanting to make a fast buck. Offshore team used to be good, now I believe none of the real good people are left here anymore. All the US people have been bad from the beginning. There was no hope there from the beginning.
