Pros
I have worked with the company for a few years, and the culture is continuously improving. We are encouraged to have fun and many activities are planned to help us get to know our co-workers and foster an open and collaborative environment. Management is accessible, involved, and they truly care about people. In addition, I have been completely supported with additional training opportunities to further my professional development, which is incredibly valuable to me.
Cons
Certain departments do not have much opportunity for internal advancement, so "climbing the ladder" really isn't a viable option for many employees; however, management is flexible to create opportunities for those who show interest in professional development, other departments or career paths.
