Pros
We, as nurses, love our patients. Denver appears to take advantage of that.
Cons
An unbelievable slap in the face to us nurses in the fields. Our appreciation gift for Nurses Day? An ugly pin. A yearly "treat" that obviously management thinks we like. I know that we are making enough money for PCM that we could receive a nice and "useful" item. This is really starting to be a joke. Not to mention the postage that is wasted sending them out in the padded envelopes.
