Pros
One: helping people get necessary help in their homes. Outside of that there are absolutely no “Pros” for working at this company. Stay away, stay very far away at all costs unless you feel like working for a dictatorship and want to be told what your opinions are and what they should be.
Cons
Where do I start??? It had to be to be one of the absolute worst jobs of all time. The pay is awful, no real/true 401(k) plan to speak of (at least one that contributes like 99.9% of most companies of this same size). Benefits??? There aren’t any. For being a “healthcare company”, their healthcare benefits were pretty much nonexistent; upper management would much rather pay themselves more $$$ than actually financially support the care givers and other workers who do most of the heavy lifting. Company is too top heavy with huge egos and HUGE salaries. Also, I am surprised this place hasn’t had their #MeToo moment which is LONG overdue!!!
