They’re actively hiring during the pandemic, even if it is to fill vacancies that the own company caused with its toxic workplace environment. Remote work is available for the time being.
Cons
Everything. This conpany overworks all of their employees and grossly underpays them while consistently being understaffed. The environment is toxic. Management does not know how to manage, they only know how to use you up until you reach your breaking point and then tell you not to let the door hit you on your way out. The clients of the company are allowed be disgusting sexual harrassers, assaulters, and racists and nothing happens to them. They haven’t changed their payrates for caregivers in 20 years, but continue to make millions per month by using and abusing over worked nursing home reject caregivers who sometimes can’t find work elsewhere. Case managers are some of the most immature people on the planet who don’t get proper training to properly do their role. They are constantly at odds with staffing when they are technically of the same department. HR is a mess. Staffing is a mess. Payroll is a mess. They handled the transition to work from home during this pandemic terribly. There is zero diversity. Stay far far away from this company. I wish I had never worked here. Zero stars.
