They will cut your hours with no reason or explanation, a lot of their clients don't even need the service but they expect you to basically lie in the documentation to keep clients qualified. Their orientation process is non existent, very little communication, you just get hired, given a case with short history of the client and tasks to complete when you get to the home and after that you are on your own. I don't know about upper management because I have never seen them.
