Worst job experience in 30 years of Nursing Career - RN Patient Care Professional Case Management Employee Review

Terrible office cliques. No support of nurses in the field. Many nurses were fired during the 9 months I worked there, including two out of three of my client's case managers. (I left voluntarily after 9 months after my case manager was fired for no good professional reason.) Very troubling. (In my mind, this reflects more on the company than the nurses.) In my 30 years of RN nursing experience (mostly hospital), where I have enjoyed the support of administration and management, this company ranks the lowest. Pay isn't everything.
