Pros

Great Clients and Co-workers Flexible hours Good pay

Cons

Management is not concerned about employees High Cost Insurance No PTO for field staff that aren't case managers or higher. Poor management that needs to be looked into. No retirement. Paperwork is all on paper for field staff. No Bonuses for field staff. Very poor pay roll practices. Such as not being paid correctly or Not at all on time. Sometimes you may get a special upload that could be up to 4 days late other times you may have to wait till the next payday. Staff routinely mail all paperwork overnight with a signature in order to be paid. That's a cost of over $26.00 every pay period. It adds up! Still often times they claim they didn't receive paperwork on time. Staffing is a story unto itself. Absolutely incapable of knowing what is going on. The pay is good but it's hard knowing if you will be paid what you are owed or at all on time. At times payroll will ignore calls and emails when many people have incorrect or absent paychecks for days at a time. ***There are absolutely no pay raises. There are times you will have a full time schedule and then months may pass without any work.
