Project workload is too much. Engineers are NOT given enough time to complete projects. On average, you are given about 6hrs to do 10hrs worth of work, and you get in trouble if you go over. Deadlines are unreasonable. Projects are thrown at you with very little explanation and project managers are unreachable when you have questions. Projects are expected to be completed using software that they give you no training on. Supervisors yell (literally yell) at you when you make any mistake. Employee turnover is very high.
