Pros

Just to list a few: From ownership down to floor management, everyone has the best interest of the employee in mind more than any other company I've been a part of. The incentive plans in place for employees are hands down the best in the business. The flexible work schedule mixed with a relaxed work environment allows employees to flourish without the typical extreme daily stress or pressure felt at other agencies.

Cons

Lack of notarization within the industry among the top performing collection representatives. After spending almost 20 years within the industry, I didn't hear about PSB until a couple years ago.

Debt collection inherently comes with some level of stress so we do what we can to minimize this stress. Even tho teleworking is a huge bonus I do miss everyone in office routinely.
