Reasons that I wouldn't recommend people to work here would be the attendance policy we should be excused for medical issues. There is not enough PTO. The raise policy is done once a year for everyone in July I don't think everyone should have to wait for a raise once a year it should go off of you performance. Non pay for FMLA or Bereavement so if there is a sickness or death in your family if you take the time off you don't get paid which its hard because your dealing with a hard issue and now you have to chose between getting paid or going to a funeral or dealing with a illness.
