Pros
Great company to start with fresh out of college. Teaches you a lot of intangible skills that a lot of companies can't. Better starting pay than most entry level positions.
Cons
Where to start...very old school product, selling style and management style. It begins to feel more like telemarketing than a real sales job. Owner/CEO is ridiculous. Micro-management...that's an understatement. Everyone micro manages everyone. You're selling a product that A.) is dying..B.) you can't prove it works or even if they're actually selling it at the games or not. The company won't give you any data or information to help you sell the product better, probably because the data isn't great at all. They'll run you into the ground, de-incentivize you but expect you to make results, and then once you are done take your leads and never pay you. The commission structure is a joke too. And no room for growth at all.
