Pros
Good base pay out of college. A lot of employees around the same age. If you have a sales personality and are ready to grind you’ll do well. People and other reviews will say it’s a scam but they are legit.
Cons
Very unorganized. And very old school. Arnt allowed to use the internet and are calling massive company’s asking who the president is and if you can speak to them. There are tons of sales tools that can get you direct lines and names of the people you have to talk to but they don’t let you use them. You will get yelled at if you have your cellphone out. You are expected to come in earlier and stay late but don’t get paid for that time. You don’t get commission untill the end of the year and even then they don’t give you your full commission they give you a percentage of what you earned based on how hard you worked that year. The only way to move up in the company is if the sales manager gets fired or quits.
