Pros
Good Salary but you will see why it doesn’t matter.
Cons
I worked here for about 4 months and not having been there for a little while it helped me realize how this was easily the most toxic work environment that has been produced. They use outdated sales tactics built off of intimidating clients to buy college sports ads that were basically a scam. You were constantly told to lie to the customers and stretch the truth in order to hide details about what these people are actually buying. The company gives you 3 and a half to four months to get over 10k in sales and then if you don’t they give you a week to make it up with an outrageous goal of $3000 in one week and if you don’t get it they fire you. They do this so that they don’t have to pay any money in unemployment because it takes 20 weeks for it to kick in if you are fired. This company is the worst and really needs to reevaluate its business plan. They lure college graduates looking for experience yet offer no options for career furtherment and barely help you do the job itself. I have no problem with making 200 calls a day and trying to get out 20 pitches but they expect that as the minimum and want even more out of their employees right away. They also pay a 65k salary because they plan on firing most of the people they hire in 3-4 months, they fired over 100 people in my time there so don’t think the high salary is something that is a major bonus. There honestly is too much to be able to write down in one passage but please know this is a horrible place to work and the upper management is terrible.
