Pros
- WFH is available for most positions. - Unlimited time off. - Great work "family" feel. Everyone is very kind and helpful. - Most teams are great about praising hard work which gives you points towards gift cards and other gifts, which is nice. - Compensation is good. - Lots of incredible opportunities that you do not get at many other companies. -
Cons
They are really into this whole "running lean" thing, which ultimately means that you have a lot more responsibilities than you can handle some weeks, which tends to result in mediocre work, rather than quality. It can be incredibly draining and stressful some days.
