We were recently acquired by Progress and sold on "people" are first moto. They came in chopped up the talent and made no real effort to get to know the business units and value. The HR dept is a joke, full of young talent who just refers you to email chains to provide support or advice. The execs are mostly friends of Yogesh who he has brought over from other companies he worked at. It's unfortunate, Progress attempted to state they care so much about the people they acquire and laid on the sweetness so thick which was overdone and then laid off key talent. Pay and benefits Method they laid off teams so unpersonal No real DEI hired token employee to show they are diverse.
