Pros

Supportive of all employees, many opportunities for growth, great benefits, competitive salaries, supportive of positive work/life balance

Cons

75000 employees means you have to be comfortable working in a big company, but this is hardly a con as Progressive is intentional in their attempts to help all employees feel valued.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
