Pros

Investigating claims is interesting work. You'll be helping people over the phone, but there's plenty of non-phone activities so you're not on the phone 24/7.

Cons

The pay is trash compared to other insurance companies. You will be micromanaged. Pray you get a supervisor with chill. You will work a lot of unpaid overtime.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
