Pros

Starting salary is competitive for the field. The job is Monday thru Friday for the first few months, then you go to a rotating weekend schedule.

Cons

Supervisors. Unrealistic workloads. No breaks. Fake. Favoritism. No support.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
