Pros

Flexible work arrangements, can work from home though they expect you to be in the office most of the time. Decent benefits: 401k with 6% (of your salary) match, health insurance (dental and vision included), HSA & Child care accounts

Cons

Requesting software can be slow though they are getting better

Pros

Wonderful people, great networking opportunities and skills training for different roles. They have flexible options for time off outside of PTO. Their VTO comes in handy. Theirs options to switch a working day and make-up time with an off day and vice versa.

Cons

It's harder to move into a role outside of your department, but easy to move laterally within it.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
