      Pros

      Progressive pays its corporate IT people well to do nothing.

      Cons

      The Corporate IT organization is severely bloated and unable to move under the weight of its own mass. There are far too many processes and IT has a union mentality in that each person can only do one repetitive task.

      Pros

      One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

      It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
