Pros
The coworkers you meet along the way are great Training is pretty great as well Pay is decent and benefits are good
Cons
Being the “frontline” of the company as a customer service representative you are most likely their first point of contact and sometimes the clients will chew you out over and over..and over and over throughout the day. It can be very stressful some days having to take tons and tons of calls per day with a three second breather in between. It is a HIGH stress job some days.
