there isnt any pros its a call center with a headset your have to wear

call center management is very corporate doesn't care about humans just metrics you will be on the phone all day no rewards or commission no stop emails about diversity and gender... you will have more conversations about diversity then actual insurance very high turn over rates they blow through agents non stop
