Cons
The main source of high stress is due to the ever-increasing high volume of claims. You can expect to work about 5-10 hours overtime per week if not more especially during busier times and you rarely if ever feel caught up. It’s just the nature of working in claims. There is plenty of opportunities for advancement if you can master the time management skills necessary to balance the heavy workload.
