Pros
Managers care, the company cares, and your coworkers care about you. Just a wonderful environment with positive reinforcement.
Cons
It’s a call center job… so that’s why I gave it 3. The inherent cons of taking the same call again and again takes its toll and because of that I feel the pay is just not enough. Also they aren’t commission (but the performance numbers are really scrutinized), again, needs a slight starting pay bump.
