Lots of skills to learn, good culture..if your driven. If you're a slouch or not a team player then this isn't the company for you. Decent benefits, annual bonus, reasonable time off. Pay is typically about 85% of industry average. meaning if a job has a salary range of 35k-65k, avg 50k, you'll be offered 42k.
Cons
They like to hire outside a department. You may have a new manager or teammate that knows nothing about what you or your team does. They use the STAR system to interview. If you're not familiar with it, you don't have a shot.
