      Complete autonomy to do your job. Experieced managers who sincerely want you to succeed. Professional, yet personable work environment. Highly profitable and stable company. Excellent leadership and management at the very top of the company. Solid SIU department.

      Pros

      One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

      It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
