Pros

Great onboarding process, they really take the time to train you and provide you with enough of support even after training. They offer numerous paths for promotions. Your schedule can be fairly flexible even while working from home. All equipment is provided Diverse and inclusive environment at all times. Very good health benefits, yearly bonus, 401k match

Cons

The pay really should be higher for all the responsibilities and education we are loaded up with. This is a call center and calls are back to back Customers can be very mean. You will need to be comfortable with meeting an upwelling metric that can be unreasonable at times. You practically have to sell the insurance before getting them over to a agent. Having to offer additional services when someone just had an accident or is stuck on the side of the road is extremely uncomfortable. Shift bids are required and those out on FMLA, ADA or on military leave are punished during shift bids. They say they have a good work life balance but the metrics count number of hours worked and factors it into your ranking for a shift bid. If you are out on maternity leave or on military leave your rank will drop and you will be at the bottom for a shift bid, even if you left as a top performer. This should be addressed as it seems like a form of discrimination.

Pros

One of the best companies to work for- excellent benefits and compensation, intuitive tools to make the job easier, the ceo cares. They want you to grow and succeed and are invested in you.

Cons

It’s insurance adjusting— can be stressful, but that’s to be expected.

Pros

Work from home, Ok opportunities to learn more but opportunities are becoming slim.

Cons

Between Micromanagement, work overload and with the use of vendors and AI employees are at risk. Corporate seems to not care that were all tired of the customers that are being abusive when corporates made bad decisions and these poor people have thousands withdrawn from an AI error. Pay for this level of company and the increasing headaches is not good, no monthly bonus, no commissions. No pension. Health benefits are available but not affordable. And the undo stress is causing my peers to consider quiting even ones that been here over 10yrs
