Pros
I cannot stress this enough, Progressive is seriously an amazing place to work. I can from another huge company and it still amazes me that a major company like Progressive can be this supportive, caring, well maintained, diverse, and uplifting when I came from somewhere so toxic. Get your foot in the door at this company and you can grow to any role you want to move it. I have meat leagues of people who started in call centers and now are managers in IT and Marketing. Progressive wants you to grow and they are even supportive if you want to go outside of Progressive. They pay fairly well, their PTO and benefits are good, and their culture is top tier as well.
