Cons
They will not hire internal employees for a better role. You are told once you hit a year and your stats and attendance is good, you will have no issues moving to a different dept. That’s false. I was with Progressive for three years, a team lead, helped train new employees and every time I applied for a new role, the hiring manager would come up with a silly reason of why I didn’t get the job.
