I love working at Progressive. My favorite part is the role itself. It’s challenging but the company offers a ton of training opportunities to get you up to speed. There is a lot of upward mobility as long as you are contributing and adding value. I appreciate how supportive the managers and team is as well.
Cons
Insurance industry can be a little dry so it’s important to find ways to keep the day interesting. There’s always something to do or some event to participate in- whether virtually or in person. Progressive pushes for its team member to be engaged
