Pros
Competitive pay and job stability. Good benefits and depending on where you live/work there can be good promotion potential for levels 1-3. There are job roles inside and outside the office.
Cons
It is hard to leave, they pay you just enough and your skills are somewhat generic from a job like this. Work life balance is poor if you want to do well. There is a lot of negative feedback because there always has to be improvement and processes are always changing. You work directly with customers who are often in a hurry and quite upset.
