Pros

Lots of different types of jobs are available. Ranges from customer service to data analysis to various IT roles and many in between. Mgmt will allow for you to use time to gain skills needed in other jobs that interest you. Good benefits and vacation time. Decent 401k match. Good systems as employee tools.

Cons

Sr mgmt doesn't seem to be doing a good job over the last few years. Job doesn't feel as secure as it used to. Employee morale seems to be down since the layoffs last year. The innovative spirit does not seem to be there anymore. Workload is very heavy for some and pretty light for others.

Pros

Wonderful people, great networking opportunities and skills training for different roles. They have flexible options for time off outside of PTO. Their VTO comes in handy. Theirs options to switch a working day and make-up time with an off day and vice versa.

Cons

It's harder to move into a role outside of your department, but easy to move laterally within it.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
